1. Return Eligibility
When Can You Request a Return?
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
π Note: Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized wallpapers / made-to-order products
- Used or installed products
- Products without original packaging
3. Refund Policy
How Refunds Work
Once your return is approved and the product is inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 5β7 working days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer / UPI
4. Replacement Policy
Easy Product Replacement
We offer replacement in case of:
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item delivered
Replacement will be processed after verification of images/videos shared by the customer.
5. Return Shipping
Who Pays for Shipping?
- If the issue is from our side (damage/defect), we bear the return shipping cost
- For other cases, customer may need to bear shipping charges

7. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
