1. Return Eligibility

When Can You Request a Return?

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized wallpapers / made-to-order products
  • Used or installed products
  • Products without original packaging

3. Refund Policy

How Refunds Work

Once your return is approved and the product is inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer / UPI

4. Replacement Policy

Easy Product Replacement

We offer replacement in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item delivered

Replacement will be processed after verification of images/videos shared by the customer.


5. Return Shipping

Who Pays for Shipping?

  • If the issue is from our side (damage/defect), we bear the return shipping cost
  • For other cases, customer may need to bear shipping charges

7. Cancellation Policy
